The Openswan 2.x pluto can do per-peer logging. It creates directories
under /var/log/pluto/peer (if it exists) like:

      /var/log/pluto/peer/A/B/C/D/A.B.C.D.log (IPv4)
or
/var/log/pluto/peer/AAAA/BBBB/CCCC/DDDD/EEEE/FFFF/GGGG/HHHH/AAAA:GGGG.log
(IPv6)

I would like to rotate all of these files on a regular basis (mostly
when they exceed some size). In particular, I want to make sure that
we ship some example config file.

- From my reading of the logrotate manual, I don't think that this is
possible. I can probably write patches to logrotate - but before I do, I
thought I'd ask if there were perhaps other options.

It might be that a custom program would be simpler. It wouldn't be very
much perl, certainly.
