There is number of translations that have never met minimum conditions for own 
language wiki. What to do with them? 

1) Wait until ambassador program picks up and then ask for assistance
2) Call for help on translation list
3) Go out and contact upstream translation projects like KDE/GNOME asking for 
help
4) Take shortcut and delete all that is not touched for more then 1 year
