I created a page "Talks" containing (as a starter) my kiwi talk.
Everyone who has a video/slides from a talk which fits in the community 
category could link it in here.

The category "Talks" was created as subcategory of "Community"; thanks to 
Frank.

We also added the category "Community::Talks" to the FOSDEM page.
