Thanks everybody for your help :-)

The browse service menu is now translated into bg, ca, da, de, es, it, kr, lv, 
nb, nl, ru, sk, uk, wa and zh_TW.

This service menu is not part of upstream (yet). Perhaps it's included in KDE 
4.5 :)
