Try rpmdevtools from \
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/tools/openSUSE_11.4 it contains many \
useful tools including : rpmdev-newspec which generates a specfile template and one \
that I'm finding very useful is : licensecheck which lists the licences in a package.
