hm ... only virtualbox main package obsoletes virtualbox-ose and this
package (virtualbox) also provides: virtualbox-ose = %{version} see
lines 93,94 : https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file?file=virtualbox.spec&package=virtualbox&project=Virtualization
 this looks fine for me ...
