Adrian pointed out to me that this repo already includes SP4
e.g.
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Step:FrontRunner/kernel-=
source

regular weekly submission of SLE15-SP4 kernel

So we can already build 15.4 for non-SLE architectures such as RISC-V or
armv7
