The specifics of what breaks things is the following (as of the commit
3 days ago):

* Spec stuff: https://code.opensuse.org/package/plasma5-workspace/blob/8912e3a7f032438b75ee73e20c2b1c603ed0c01c/f/plasma5-workspace.spec#_340-344


These changes are what create the confusing setup for Plasma Wayland
in openSUSE.
