Well, there's not really much you can (or should) do about it.
It's obviously a warning for developers to update the code...

The message seems to suggest that you can set the QML_XHR_ALLOW_FILE_READ 
environment variable to 1, so e.g. adding this line to /etc/environment might 
get rid of it, if you want that:
QML_XHR_ALLOW_FILE_READ=1

It's probably better to file a bug report at bugs.kde.org then though.
