Hello,

I sent yesterday a submit request to devel:libraries:c_c++ for
"kdsoap", with the ultimate intention to reach Factory, hopefully soon. 

kdsoap (https://github.com/KDAB/KDSoap) is a Qt library (no user-visible
stuff) that implements client and server side SOAP components. It will
be used for WS-based discovery for KDE software when browsing SMB
networks, as explained in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=392447.
