We will follow https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0394/ but 
note that its language is very very complicated and very careful 
reading is necessary to understand it.

I would still suggest that sed changing /usr/bin/python to 
/usr/bin/python3 is a good idea, not relying on some silly 
symlink.
