As far as I can tell, SR to factory is still open, got auto-rejected 
yesterday, because ARM packages did not finish build, yet. It got auto-accepted 
by factory-repo-checker. All this process seems to consume quite some time. 
That is why I tried to prevent the merge a few days back, without any luck. My 
question on how to reliably do that is still unanswered.

Anyway, once https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/361268 - which works fine 
here, gets accepted, the next build will contain working packages again.
