hey Roman,
i guess you mean for default KDE desktop? no sooner than 13.3. or later, 
depending on schedules, and states of both projects.
for 13.2 plan would be to just include it, so interested ones can install it. 
note that means removal of 4.x workspace: iow 4.x and 5 version will not be 
able to coexist for the most part.
