The HOWTOs are already in, and many are not applicable to SUSE. 
Maybe we can read them and put remarks how applicable is each on openSUSE.

I've looked shortly some guides. 
We have to find how to split the job, find guys that can check the content 
from technical (professional) point of view, change them as appropriate.
Guides are much bigger and specialized, so there has to be more people for the 
job. 

The rest of TLDP I haven't looked recently.
