This patch changes the default for the option "Use ASCII equivalents to display
entities" from YES to NO.

Existing w3m "config" files need to be changed manually though. This can be
done by changing the alt_entity flag to 0 with an editor or by changing the
option with the w3m option dialog, accessible by pressing "o".
