erm, sorry, I had a mixup in mind. The owner search is new the api.

And the new osc 0.137 is using it when doing a maintainer or bugowner
lookup.

Just run 

 osc maintainer glibc-devel

for example to lookup the package owner by a given binary name (glibc-devel
in this case).

Maybe we should add "osc owner" as an alias for that ...
