I had the same errors (or probably the same) in all my installatons I  
tried. Firstly I thought it's my fault but now it seems it's like  
something with packages or default installation.

For me it can be solved when I manually deleted all logs in /srv/www/ 
obs/api/log and/or /srv/www/obs/webui/log

then I restarted lighttpd and it worked. Files/dir rights I think.

but I cannot confirm it's real fix for your problem
