Here is the simple way I found :
* put Virtualbox virtual network card in : NAT
* setup a ftp serveur on the host
* use argument :
install=http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.1/repo/oss/ 
autoyast=ftp://IP/autoyast.xml

IP is the "real" "private" host one, not the virtual one, not the public one.
