I don't understand why you want to use autoyast for that.
Because you don't want to install packages, it seems you already have a
running and installed system.
Why don't you format those disks from your running system?
I don't see the reason for autoyast here if you just want to format some
partitions and copy files.
Anyway. What distro are you using? maybe a postpartitioning script can do it
(it's available since openSUSE 11.2). Umount everything under /mnt in it and
do a "reboot -f"
