These are very basic questions, the sort of information we need in order to give 
meaningful advice.
I keep saying
         Context is Everything
and very few take that seriously.  Too many mouth the 'yes, yes, yes' and don't 
supply relevant and useful information.

You've seen how I can simply get that information with the 'zypper info'  command.
Please do that simple command and show us the result for your system.
