When i installed 12.3 the "probing file systems" bit took about 15/20 minutes 
to get through.  I thought it was something to do with the SSD i have as the 
first disk, maybe it was the Floppy Disk causing the problems.  I'll boot the 
12.3 ISO again and see if it gets quicker now the floppy is disabled
