Hi Arthur,

I'm one of the maintainers for the KDE holidays data, which as Ricardo has
said is where the holidays come from.  We currently have an open bug to update
the holidays in line with some new legislation, see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310013 .

Hopefully we'll have this updated for 4.10, but I don't think we'll have
another 4.9.x release to fix it there.
