I uninstalled kde 4 completeley, and then somethings started to work
again. Instead of calling help from each program (doesn't work), I have to
start manually "kdehelpcenter" and seach there.

I have been told that help in the kde4 live doesn't work either, because
it doesn't know how to open docbook help files.
