Hello,

For old versions of vmware and new kernels, you have to apply this patch :

http://ftp.cvut.cz/vmware/vmware-any-any-update109.tar.gz

run the script : runme.pl which is inside and after you'll be able to run
vmware-config.pl without errors.

Michel.
