Just use -j REDIRECT --to-port 80

[ Your iptables does not have TPROXY patched in (yeah, the error message
is confusing but also happens with -j DOESNOTEXIST --on-port). ]

Just FYI: My iptables package (and kernels 2.6.22) contain tproxy version *4*,
but squid does not have tproxy4 support yet. So yeah, kinda an awkward
position, but I am a bit tight on time so I won't know when I would have
the chance to put tp4 into squid.
