That would seem to be the next step.

As for slowing down a video, there are several ways,
one of which is to insert duplicate frames, like 
frame 1, frame 1, frame 2, frame 2, etc. It's a pain to do.
Some of my video surveillance software pads the video
with null frames to get the rate back to full motion video.
Like, 7.5 fps padded out to 30 fps to make the file play in 
normal speed instead of looking like Mickey and Minnie
at the races.

Video on a computer is so much fun.... NOT!!!
