Hi again, I really wish I could report the same luck, however, I am
experiencing some very unusual problems. First of all, xmms plays the
mp3files, only when being root and executing xmms. I installed only
packman-packages(xmms xmms-lib-mad and xmms-lib), I figured it had to be
a problem with my sound permissions, but I am a member of the "sound"
group, no luck there. I checked the permissions on the mp3files,
thinking they were owned by root and such. No luck, I am the owner and
has read/write permissions. I also noticed that xmms will only play
_one_ mp3, and then give up and refuse to play any more.
