Sorry for another reply, but it was not exactly the same error. Instead of 
getting

/usr/lib/YaST2/startup/YaST2.call: line 283: 3033 Segmentation fault      
y2base "$Y2_MODULE_NAME" $Y2_MODE_FLAGS $Y2_MODULE_ARGS $Y2_MODE $Y2_QT_ARGS

I got

/usr/lib/YaST2/startup/YaST2.call: line 283: 2933 Segmentation fault      
y2base "$Y2_MODULE_NAME" $Y2_MODE_FLAGS $Y2_MODULE_ARGS $Y2_MODE $Y2_QT_ARGS
