This is more a generic SSL question than OpenSSL, but I'm hoping someone
here can help.  The X.509 spec. defines how one might do one, two or even
three way authentication.  This is all fine and dandy except that you are
typically restrained in what can be achieved at one end (if not both).

Do any of the SSL based web servers (or clients) come with inbuilt
mechanisms to support this and/or is it difficult to add on ?
