Hi,

I noticed when calling EVP_SealInit(...), if the parameter "iv" is
NULL, that would cause "segmentation error".

After having looked into the source code, I found  "EVP_SealInit()"
/*p_seal.c*/ did not check if "iv" is NULL or not.
