There is no real Darwin CVS anymore. The only link to a CVS server on
the Apple Darwin web site is to OpenDarwin's cvs server, which isn't the
same thing.
The authoritative location for sources from Apple is here:

This is the URL Apple gives on it's Darwin website.

I can confirm that Apple did indeed ship OpenSSH with the Solaris BSM
support enabled.
