The ability to write certain event on the server to a log
Mainly File based Operations for now 
 When a file completes upload 
 When a file is Downloaded

I'm trying to write an Opensource - Manage File Transfer System that is
cross platform 
SCP
SFTP

I would love to collaborate with OpenSSHD team for that 
Obviously i could troll the logs for this information but I would
prefer something more robust than Log watchers through all logs.
