Summary: ssh-copy-id should default to RSA (protocol 2) keys
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: Portable OpenSSH
           Version: 5.1p1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Miscellaneous
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs@mindrot.org
        ReportedBy: cjwatson@debian.org

Most of the rest of OpenSSH seems to have moved over to protocol 2 keys
by default (e.g. ssh-keyscan did so recently). I think ssh-copy-id
should do the same. Patch attached.
