Kernels bellow have production quality:-

2.6.27 xenifed SLES 11 OpenSuse 11.1
2.6.29.6 xenified 

Next official Xen release is supposed to be out with JF's pvops  kernel (01/01/10)
no matter would it merge mainline linux or no.
Even in meantime 2.6.31.5 pvops is stable enough in QA environment.
