Is it possible to break into a specific process that will be forked in future and set a break point?

BAsically I am trying to dump g2 register from here before the call.

do_authentication2+0x7c: add %g2, 0x2b4, %o0
do_authentication2+0x80: sethi %hi(0x33000), %g2
do_authentication2+0x84: add %g2, 0x290, %o1
do_authentication2+0x88: call +0x1e16c <dispatch_set>

This happens from the forked sshd process. What is the best way to approach this?

Thanks
