Wouldn't that be hostapd or something equivalent bridging
(aggregating/bonding) to an adapter?  If so support is limited.  It
would be done with dladm (With GLDv3 compliant driver) but I don't think
the support for creating access points (Infrastructure or AdHoc) is there.
