Wpa uses 256-bit RC4 to distribute the GTK to wireless station, and the 
GTK will
be used for future multicast/broadcast packets.
The 256-bit RC4 is included in SUNWcry package.

You know, dhcp will use the broadcast, without key, it can't work.
