That sounds like an unreliable router and/or a driver problem. If you
can capture snoop traces (using "-o" to save the binary output) when
the problem occurs, that might help narrow down the problems.

Yes, that all looks normal for a system sitting behind a NAT that runs
DHCP. (A typical consumer-grade "router.")
