HI 

    I'm installing a new machine and cant accesse the the extra repository .
  Is the site down ? 
  Im using my usual  SSL  key's  -   
 pkgmgr  complains that  the site does not return 1024 bytes for 30 seconds 
 that it tried three times and then gives up.
