Hi

   DNS server  needs the file  /etc/named.conf  to contain a vaild  BIND 
configuration and pointing to  VAILD  and correct DNS ZONE files. 

 If You do Not have some  usable DNS ZONE files dont create the /etc/named.conf file.

run :

# svcadm  disable  dns/server  

If you are not going to use it.
