Hi,

I'm in the process of upgrading a Solaris10 machine to Nevada b57. I am using \
liveupgrade. I have successfully completed the lucreate command, and am pursuing the \
luupgrade one.

The target machine has no dvd reader, nor is there enough diskspace to store the \
entire dvd image. That's why I have downloaded the cd version, and my plan is to \
progressively upload them to the target machine, and mounting them using lofiadm.

When running luupgrade with the first disk mounted, I got the following error:

[root@acmp /]# luupgrade -u -n sxce-b57 -s /mnt
ERROR: The media miniroot mountpoint does not exist </mnt/Solaris_11/Tools/Boot>.

I came across the following howto
http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/content/submitted/cd_free_install.html
where is suggested in step 4 to split up the iso in two parts. I ran the provided \
script, also without errors, and now have two iso images, which are mounted on \
/dev/lofi/{1,2}.

When I run the luupgrade command I get a more satisfying result, but still an error:

[root@acmp b57-iso]# luupgrade -u -n sxce-b57 -s /mnt/disk1/s0

107584 blocks
miniroot filesystem is <lofs>
Mounting miniroot at </mnt/disk1/s0/Solaris_11/Tools/Boot>
mount: /tmp/miniroot.2972: Device busy
ERROR: Cannot mount miniroot at </mnt/disk1/s0/Solaris_11/Tools/Boot>.

The /tmp directory is empty when starting this command, so the miniroot directory \
does not yet exist. I am not sure what the problem is...

Here is the output of lofiadm and /etc/mnttab
[root@acmp b57-iso]# lofiadm
