This indicates that somehow Peter's system ended up with one module
uniquified against a different version of genunix than that installed on
the system. Thus, the type ID in one of the modules is referring to a
slot in the genunix CTF that is now of a different type.

If this really is an "unhacked" system (no kernel binaries replaced by
hand), then it sounds like the given KJP is bad.
