Hello,

After hotplugging (hot swapping) or Dynamic Reconfiguration (DR) test, our  Network \
driver's netmask and broadcast address sometime become different. 

For example, the network driver instance was set as netmask ffffff00 and broadcast \
77.77.77.255, but after hotplugging, netmask becomes ff000000 and broadcast \
77.255.255.255.

I am wondering who controls netmask and broadcast address for each network adapter \
port?
