On Firefox 3.x you just have to add two sym links, to have Flash 10 working :

cd <firefox dir>/depend/lib
ln -s <firefox dir>/libssl3.so libssl3.so
ln -s <firefox dir>/libnss3.so libnss3.so

not tested with Firefox 4
