This is render/composite hardware acceleration, which is different
from WebGL. On my system with NVIDIA, I have webgl.enabled_for_all_sites
set to true and all the WebGL sites run with decent framerates,
but about:support shows 0/1 (not accelerated) because
layers.accelerate-all is set to false (default).
Only when I set layers.accelerate to true does
about:config show "1/1 OpenGL".
