FWIW someone else hit this problem with GeForce 6200 AGP
in 32 bit mode on Oracle Solaris 11 Express 2010.11.
A workaround that masked the panic is to disable AGP mode
in /etc/X11/xorg.conf by adding to the nvidia device section:

   Option "NvAgp" "0"

The side effects is this runs the board in PCI mode only
which is quite a bit slower.

Still trying to reproduce the problem on my systems,
but they all use the Irongate AGP controller.
