When I am heavily using the disks it fails more often. I thought it was wine but really it was probably the heavy disk usage from the app I was running in wine. It's also much easier to crash the system when I am using most of the disk space such as > 70%. I know raidz doesn't like being over 80%, but it shouldn't cause my server to crash.

BTW, I am running 4x500GB disks in raidz. My rpool is on separate 2x36GB mirrored disks.
