Never mind!

I have installed snv_96 from ISO image (found on http://www.genunix.org/). 

pkg contents SUNWipkg compare on my box (started with fresh OS 2008.05, then updated \
via IPS system, up to snv_96, few times) and xVM installation shows that my SUNWipkg \
was missing files:

etc/zones/SUNWipkg.xml
usr/lib/brand/ipkg/config.xml
usr/lib/brand/ipkg/pkgcreatezone
usr/lib/brand/ipkg/platform.xml
usr/lib/python2.4/vendor-packages/pkg/subprocess_method.py
usr/lib/python2.4/vendor-packages/pkg/subprocess_method.pyc

and having some other files (mostly python procedures, more than needed). 
I guess that 'pkg image-update' didn't ran properly once in the past, so that is why \
crucial files were missing.

Now I can create native (ipkg) zone. Need to be installed though...
