That doesn't work for script chat.

If all your regions are within one simulator, you can use llEmail
with the email module. "Email" is actually short-circuited directly
within the simulator and will arrive instantaneously.

If you have multiple simulators, you can use HTTP-In server(s) and
llHTTPRequest to communicate.
