I suspect that might be a little involved if D2 creates the all the user/inventory \
entries itself. Your best bet may be to create the account and then look through \
the tables listed at [1] and change the relevant entries manually, assuming you are \
running standalone or control your own grid service.
When "create user" is executed on OpenSimulator 0.7.4 it allows you to specify a UUID \
up front (as do the various admin methods). However, I don't think this is the \
mechanism that D2 uses to create users.
